During the week of March 16th-23rd, from the hours of 1AM CST-8AM CST, clients in our Chicago facility will experience downtime lasting up to, but not exceeding, 7 hours. This downtime is the result of a planned facility transition to facilitate growth and expansion, as well as ensuring continued quality. The move will be segmented, and completed over the course of 5 nights, allowing two nights to mitigate unforeseen complications. Customer IP Addresses will *not* change.
Our new core infrastructure constitutes a significant upgrade, and will already be in place prior to the transition - allowing for a seamless migration. While the actual physical move will only take a few hours each morning, we are budgeting 7 hours to be on the safe side. The majority, if not all customers in any given segment, will likely be offline for only a few hours.
Full support will be available throughout the move via both the member section at http://tncchosting.com/support.html and/or our phone line 740-968-7050. We will be available to answer all questions you may have before, during, or after the migration.

A network maintenance has been scheduled for Sunday, September 7, 2008, from 0000hrs to 0600hrs CDT.
The work performed will be solely network related. We expect an outage of 15-30 minutes per server during the allotted 6 hour window for all of the routing to be completed. We will also be updating the configuration on every switch so you will also see a disconnect/connect for the network card attached to the switch.

We added a new Banner at the top of the website for WoW Rage. You ask what is WoW Rage? It is a Private World of Warcraft Server where you have a 25x level experience increase, No more grinding Experience, Reputation or Gold. The drop rates have been Increased.

ATTENTION: On Wednesday November 14, 2007 Ventrilo 3.0 will be released. TNCC Hosting will be updating all servers with the new Ventrilo 3.0 software between the times of
6 pm ~ 8 pm EST. Please be advised that you SHOULD NOT download and install the 3.0 software until you have tried to connect to your server and get the message "Connecting to Server" without it ever actually connecting. This message will just stay there until you hit the stop button to cancel the attempt.
We are asking that no one install the 3.0 software until they attempt to connect and get the above mentioned message. This will ensure us and you the customer the smoothest transition into the new upgraded software.
Thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter as we try to make this transistion as easy and hassle free as possible.
